Dr. Tara Kfoury is the creator of R.I.V.E.R. Educational Consulting, a specialized consulting firm located in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Kfoury earned her PhD in Educational Leadership with a specialization in non-suicidal self-injury, suicidal ideation, addiction, and other comorbid coping strategies. As a former educator, Dr. Tara M. Kfoury has taught and trained fellow educators within urban and suburban, private and public, domestic and international schools. Her knowledge of how to reduce retraumatization and anxiety, how to address conflict in a safe and effective manner, and encourage self-advocacy have earned her international acclaim.
